These Terms govern your use of Wingman AI, provided by Wingman AI. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Wingman AI generates conversation suggestions and related content using AI. Suggestions are provided "as is" for your consideration — you are solely responsible for how you communicate with others.
You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. You agree not to misuse the App, harass others, or use it for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
New accounts include 5 free generations. After that, continued generation requires a Wingman Pro subscription at $4.99/month (or the applicable annual price). Subscriptions purchased on a mobile app are billed and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until cancelled; manage or cancel anytime in your store account settings. Web subscriptions are billed through our payment processor.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to that store's refund policy.
The App and its branding belong to Wingman AI. Content you generate is yours to use responsibly.
The App is provided without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wingman AI is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on its output.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of United States.
