This Privacy Policy explains how Wingman AI ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Wingman AI (the "App"). By using the App you agree to this policy.
Account data: your email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
Profile data: optional details you provide such as your name, gender, and who you are
interested in — used to tailor generated suggestions.
Content you create: contacts you add, notes, conversation logs, photos you upload, and
voice memos (which are transcribed to text; we do not retain the raw audio after transcription).
Usage & billing data: your free-generation count, subscription status, and payment
identifiers processed by our payment provider.
To generate personalized suggestions, operate and improve the App, process your subscription, provide support, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information.
To generate lines, analyze photos, and transcribe voice memos, relevant content is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) for processing. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors (e.g. the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe). These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Delete Account in the App, or by emailing us at parentawareness2026@gmail.com. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Passwords are hashed, access is token-authenticated, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections.
The App is intended for users 18 years of age or older.
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
